All of our of Crazy Jay’s mattresses ship FREE direct from the manufacturer by ground freight anywhere in the Continental United States in 3-5 business days, at no cost to you. As a disclaimer, all orders are unique and shipping may take longer depending on the circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for any order.

All of our mattresses come in an industry-standard 15"x15"x45" box, negating the hassle of strenuous labor or bulky mattresses. Just unpack, unroll, and set up on a suitable sleeping surface. Our mattresses work with any type of base.

For accessories such as our foundations, sheets and pillows, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

Mattress warranties

All Crazy Jay’s mattresses are covered by our manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty lengths vary by mattress. Please visit the store page of the mattress you are interested in for specific durations and information, or call us at (518)231-1039. Below is an example of our limited 10-year warranty.

Please note the below warranty is not binding and is not guaranteed for each mattress unless otherwise stated, but covers general defects and language present in our warranties:

Our standard warranty states all mattresses are guaranteed to the original purchaser against structural defects, which are caused by the manufacturer, with the following limitations:

  1. Within the full warranty period, the manufacturer, at its option, will either repair, replace or donate said mattress without charge; except for transportation costs if applicable. If warranty falls within pro-ration period (after the first 5 years), in addition to applicable transportation costs the consumer will be responsible for any pro-ration and/or upgrade fees where applicable.

  2. After the fifth year, if the manufacturer determines that the mattress is defective, such defective article will either be repaired, replaced or donated (at the manufacturer's option) at a prorated value.

  3. This warranty will apply only if the mattress is in good condition-except for structural defect to be remedied-and not otherwise stained, damaged, abused or unsanitary. The manufacturer also reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality in making any repairs or replacements where applicable.

  4. All service must be handled directly through the original dealer (Crazy Jay’s Mattress), and not through the manufacturer. If service cannot be effected through the dealer, then the purchaser can notify the manufacturer. The manufacturer must then be given a reasonable time to remedy any defect; and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay all transportation costs to and from the manufacturer or their vendor.

  5. This warranty is applicable only in the United States of America and Canada; and, any and all implied warranties pertaining to this mattress shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

  6. Removal of Law Label VOIDS WARRANTY.
