30-Day Comfort Guarantee

Every purchase of a Crazy Jay's Mattress comes complete with our 30-day Comfort Guarantee in addition to our manufacturer's warranty. If you find that you aren't having the comfortable sleep you imagined when you purchased your bed, you may return it to us (we will donate it) in exchange for a different bed of any comfort level. If the new bed you select is less expensive, we'll refund the difference. If the next bed you choose is more expensive, you simply pay the difference in price and will be on your way to a happier sleep.

Please note that if you originally picked up your mattress, we will charge our standard $40 delivery fee if you wish to have your replacement delivered.

As a disclaimer, this is NOT a refund. Mattresses, unlike most other consumer goods such as shoes, are expensive to make and very intimate to use. As such, we do not process returns for refunds.

Instead, we will do our best within your first month of purchase to find the right mattress for you. There is nothing more important to us than your comfort, happiness, and keeping money in your pocket. At Crazy Jay's, our customer comes first.

Bed-In-A-Box Comfort Guarantee

The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee for our boxed beds works a bit differently from our standard local delivery or in-store pickup options.

How it Works:

  1. We ask that you give your new bed 14 nights in order for you to adjust to your new mattress, and for your mattress to adjust to its new environment. Most of our boxed beds are comprised of foams which respond to temperature differently.
  2. If, after 14 nights, you would like to swap your boxed bed for one of our other boxed bed options, please contact us at crazyjaysmattressny@gmail.com.
  3. In order to swap your mattress, you must arrange for local donation of your current bed. We will only process a Comfort Guarantee replacement with valid proof of donation from a non-profit organization. If you are having difficulty finding a suitable partner, please let us know.
  4. Once your mattress has been donated locally, and we have received proof of donation, you may select your replacement. If you elect to receive a more expensive replacement, you must first pay the difference by card over the phone. Please call (518)496-3366 to do so.
  5. Once payment has been received or a selection has been made, we will ship your new mattress and you'll be good to go!

Other Rules & Requirements: Please Read!

  1. The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee is NOT a refund.
  2. Crazy Jay's assumes no responsibility for setting up or otherwise ensuring boxed beds are installed correctly in the home.
  3. Crazy Jay's assumes no responsibility for removing any boxed bed from the home in order to replace it.
  4. Crazy Jay's assumes no responsibility in finding a local donation partner for boxed bed Comfort Guarantee requests. Our customers understand and agree to this in advance.
  5. The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee applies from date of purchase, with exceptions made for any unreasonable delay in shipping or delivery (defined as 14 days or longer unless otherwise stated).
  6. If a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee for a boxed bed is initiated within the 30-Day Guarantee period (and after 14 days), we will honor it even if donation/administration exceeds the 30-Day duration.
  7. A customer may only utilize the 30-Day Comfort Guarantee once within any 365-day period, unless placing a new order, at which point the Guarantee will only apply to said new order. This applies to all Guarantees, including In-Store Pickup, Local Delivery, or bed-in-a-box items.
